Custom plastic components.

Customer-specific plastic injection moulding — manufacturing strictly according to customer drawings, supported by engineering, tooling development and production-cell ownership.

▸ Plastic injection moulding from a few grams up to approximately 3 kg components.
▸ Manufacturing to customer drawings, specifications and material call-outs.
▸ Engineering support — DFM, mould-flow simulation, parting-line, gating & venting review.
▸ Tooling development — in-house mould design and P20 / H13 / 420SS tool construction.
▸ Production support — dedicated cells, hot-runner and gas-assist where required.
▸ Insert moulding with metal threaded inserts, terminals and stampings.
